Free Initial Consultation:
I want you to be sure that we are a good fit for your postpartum needs. We will schedule a 30 minute meeting to discuss your needs and to see if we should move forward together. If so, I will provide you with a postpartum questionnaire to complete and return to me, or we can complete it together while meeting and talking.
I recommend that you schedule at least 3 visits a week for the first 2 weeks after baby arrives, then wean down to 2 visits a week, then one per week, to ease the transition into independent mama ‘hood. My goal is to support you so that you feel nourished and confident to do it on your own. Of course you COULD and CAN do it on your own, which is what our culture pushes, but really there is no reason to not have support during this transformative, often challenging time.
We will schedule your appointments Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 2 pm, each appointment lasting 2 1/2 hours or 5 hours, we can discuss your needs. I have three different packages to choose from, depending on your needs.
